Product Support Coordinator works with team leader and manager to drive the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, along with post-launch analysis and continuous improvement. Main duties are daily communications with product supplier and internal team to plan, test, and ensure product meet expectations for production/implementation to consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring product activities.
  • Moderate product related forums.
  • Test product/evaluate and write report of testing results.
  • Ensure products are thoroughly tested and working properly.
  • Make/receive phone calls with clients/partners.
  • Coordinate activities and events.
  • Conduct periodic field research and report findings to superior.
  • Work with team to recommend possible and objective solutions to key issues.
  • Distribute marketing materials to resellers across country.
  • Periodic travels within Cambodia is needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business, Management or other related fields
  • Experienced playing LAN/mobile games and experience with online game is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft office (Word/excel/ppt)
  • Good communication skill
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize, coordinate and complete a diverse range of tasks on time
  • Interest in and willingness to learn about computer games and mobile game
  • Basic knowledge of English required
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is required
