The Graphic Design Team Leader oversees the graphic and video edit team to raises the profile and desirability of Sabay’s games (such as AOG, AK, JX etc.) through the creation of marketing collateral designs and media production. S/he ensures smooth delivery of artworks, video and media production for all marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management
    • Oversee all marketing collateral production including graphic design, video editing and media production and those of direct reports
    • Coach and mentor staff and oversee all functions on a daily and project base
    • Responsible for design and video planning across assigned priorities
    • Set up live tournaments and streams on e-sport events and promotions
    • Work from internal briefs to generate ideas/concepts to present and implement
    • Communicate creative briefs and concepts to the team as well as set and manage expectations around work allocation
    • Support Graphic Designer and Video Editor to manage their time effectively in order to meet the demanding requirements of the business
    • Manage all aspects of art direction, design, copywriting for all design related projects
    • Control Quality of all team creative outputs in line with brand standards -including proofing and reviewing deliverables and project processes

Key Requirements:

Sales Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue for the company by promoting and selling media products and services. Sales Supervisor will work closely with the Creative, Media, Production, Social Media and Finance departments for all projects. The Sales supervisor is one of the leaders of his/her company’s sales teams and oversees the day-to-day activities of sales employees and ensures that they are meeting their goals. The Sales supervisor is also be responsible for training new hires and helping them develop their skills over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered

The Video Editor works closely with Food Team to deliver high quality video content that informs, inspires and entertains. As a specialised, creative member of the video process, the video editor edits and assembles raw material into a suitable, finished product to be ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, motion graphics, and special effects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of video editing on projects to create interesting and appealing video content by: 
    • Working closely with content creators and/or project leads to clarify concept, mood, tone, style etc. of the project. (i.e. review concept brief, script, storyboard)
    • Providing detailed input and feedback to relevant team members in particular on footage requirements and options, production plan, lighting, angles, graphics, shots, transitions, music and sound effects, etc.
    • Determining and following editing schedule to ensure delivery to internal and external deadlines
    • Participating in handover briefing from food team; check footage for visual and sound quality
    • Reviewing, cutting, editing and adjusting footage, sound and other effects according to specifications of the project and Sabay and/or client guidelines
    • Responding to creative/content, client or other feedback, making necessary adjustments or explaining possible options
  • Stay up to date and integrate trends in video and social media (format, styles, software, features) Brainstorm and highlight opportunities to increase appeal to audiences and seamlessly include commercial sponsorship opportunities
  • Share and accept feedback on improving the quality of content (e.g. appeal, format etc.)
  • Systematically and appropriately store video assets in a timely fashion.
  • Check video, graphic and other assets featured on Sabay videos do not breach brand values and/or intellectual property rights (Sabay has the right to use).

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in post production especially in digital video editing and animation.
  • Demonstrable ability to create and edit videos to a high standard including sound mixing, background music, sound effects, motion graphics, colour grading, lighting, adjustments, subtitles, credits etc.

The Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate the execution of projects for assigned brand(s). The Project Coordinator will work closely with Sales Managers, Creative, Media, Production, Social Media and Finance departments for all projects. This position is the hub of communication for the team regarding all projects deliverable. It requires great attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend the internal project briefing between CRMs and relevant teams to understand the project objective, deliverable, timeline and project outcome
  • Schedule status meetings for all projects from kickoff through launch
  • Coordinate and monitor project execution to ensure the brief is followed, the deadline is met, the client’s deliverable is achieved and immediate action to solve the problem
  • Work alongside with CRMs in order to stay updated on any changes in direction, deadlines, timing, cost and etc. of the project
  • Create accurate daily/weekly status reports
  • Work closely with finance team on the completion status of all the projects
  • Monitor and track the project performance and engagement in channels
  • Analyze the data of each project and compile the project report and learning

The Marketing Manager (MM) raises the profile, desirability and player spending within Sabay’s games (such as AK, JX and King of Cards etc.). Leading a multidisciplinary team, the Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities including offline, online, and event activation planning. The MM develops and delivers strategies and campaigns that are appealing and move the target audience to action.

Key Responsibilities: 

Games Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement marketing strategies that increase interest in Sabay games and players follow through on “calls to action”
  • Develop metrics, monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns at channels, team and strategic levels in line with marketing goals
  • Monitor and analyze industry best practice globally and locally, including marketing, content, social media and activation trend and activities of competitors
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Manage and analyze KOLs performance

Activation, Advertising and Campaign Implementation

  • Oversee entire project cycle of all games marketing, from planning to execution to evaluation e.g.:
    • Ad campaigns on digital platforms (Google ads, Facebook ads, etc.)
    • Online and live tournaments
    • Game shop campaigns
    • Offline activations
  • Negotiate, plan and execute promotional events and/or coordinated marketing plans with external partners and stakeholders
  • Establish and ensure timeframes and schedules for campaign and communication delivery are met; determine priorities to assign and delegate as necessary to manage appropriate workloads
  • Work closely with finance to set and monitor campaign and event budgets and actual spending (including invoice tracking); project and review Return on Investment assessments; make adjustments and recommendations as required

  • Proven ability in Microsoft Office and online tools for social media management and analysis tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using software development best practices.

  • Design and implement low-latency, high-availability and performant Microservices with strong security.
