The Senior Sales Executive-Cloud Services will be the primary driver for selling Sabay Tekh’s cloud solutions and services. This role acts as the key point of contact for clients, coordinating closely with the Head of Cloud & Tech Operations and internal teams to ensure successful sales execution and good customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess sales experience, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships while facilitating feedback loops to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell Sabay Tekh’s cloud services to new and existing clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the Head of Cloud & Tech Operations to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Manage client communications including sales inquiries, service onboarding, renewals, and issue resolution.
  • Collect and relay client feedback, requests, and concerns to the development and technical teams to improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and sales pipeline updates in the internal tracking tools.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Attend sales meetings, client calls, and industry events as required.
  • Support the Head of Cloud & Tech Operations with market insights, competitor analysis, and customer trends.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cloud services, IT solutions, or technology sector.
  • Experience coordinating between clients and technical teams is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong client relationship management ability.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate client needs into actionable requirements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good at English (written and spoken).
