The Content Creator for Social is responsible for create good quality content for audience to build trust in Sabay brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research around general knowledge-related topic.
  • Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using content management system (CMS).
  • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.

  • Understanding AI is an advantage

The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue for the company by promoting and selling media products and services. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Operations manager, Influencer Coordinators. The additional responsibility would be to lead the BuzzOne’s Operations in Cambodia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by Interacting with Agencies and clients in Cambodia.
  • Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Determine clients’ current and future advertising and marketing needs, creating customized media solutions and closing sales for retained and incremental revenue.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Own and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
  • Deliver a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale.
  • Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific Influencer Marketing /social Content to potential clients.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all clients and look for other business opportunity.
  • Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to related departments.
  • Track every deal made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-years experience in In Digital Sales Advertising, Media Sales

Operations Executive’s primary responsibility is to grow the client base, as well as maintain relationships with influencers in Cambodia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time role as an Influencer marketing Operations at BuzzOne company.
  • Manage influencer relationships on all social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and any other local social media platforms.
  • Identify suitable influencers on all Social Media Platforms and connecting with them.
  • Explain Brand Brief to the Influencers and Help them execute Brand campaigns in Cambodia.
  • Negotiate partnerships with Influencers.
  • Monitor social media trends to optimize influencer marketing strategies.

We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Intern to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating engaging livestreams and polished social media content, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll work on various projects, transforming creative ideas into captivating digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute engaging livestreams and social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative content strategies.
  • Utilize tools such as CapCut and Canva to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • Analyze performance metrics along with our internal social media experts to understand content engagement levels and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficient with video editing and graphic design tools, including CapCut and Canva.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.

The Social Media Executive enhances Sabay’s presence online through being a key information source and liaison for smooth and continuous access to external owned Social Media platforms as well as input into how our content is relevant to audiences on specific properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned social media channels
  • Respond to comments
  • Follow up with content creators with audience questions
  • Post or comment on other Social Media platforms
  • Review (and highlight, if required) that content meets external Social Media rules and policy
  • Write and edit captions/headlines (these may vary by platform & channel)
  • Post content to the appropriate platform and channel
  • Cross post and/or boost content to increase viewership
  • Refresh existing content & identifying evergreen content for re-posting
  • Determine and verify tagging categories, in collaboration with Publishing & Content teams
  • Analyzing, Reporting & Institutional Knowledge: Provide updates, reports and explanation to Management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of social media technologies
  • Background in producing and handling a range of content: text, photos, video, graphics, multi-media, interactives, posts, etc.
  • Writing skills and editorial judgment, with proven ability to develop and create good-quality digital media
  • Experience in making headlines, copyediting and photo editing experience are required
  • Knowledge of basic use in Photoshop and Video Editing
