The Influencer Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for managing and executing influencer marketing operations at BuzzOne. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with influencers across multiple social media platforms, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring brand objectives are delivered effectively within the Cambodian market. The role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage influencer partnerships from identification to campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable influencers across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant local platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
  • Communicate and explain brand briefs clearly to influencers and guide them through campaign execution.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, pricing, and partnership agreements with influencers.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure brand compliance and campaign objectives are achieved.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights based on data and analytics.
  • Monitor social media and influencer trends to continuously optimize influencer marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaign goals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good at English
  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and influencer trends.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and measure campaign performance.
  • Content creation and storytelling skills are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Open to learning new tools, platforms, and marketing technologies.

The Senior Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding BuzzOne’s presence in the Cambodian market. This role requires a strong balance between sales capability, client relationship management, and an understanding of influencer marketing and digital advertising trends. The ideal candidate is self-driven, confident, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Cover the market by meeting brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies to position BuzzOne as the influencer marketing company.
  • Identify and create new revenue opportunities through competitor mapping, market insights, and innovative thinking.
  • Understand client business objectives, marketing challenges, campaign goals, and industry dynamics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across digital agencies and direct clients.
  • Interpret client briefs accurately and translate them into actionable proposals.
  • Deliver clear, confident, and impactful presentations to clients and agency partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop creative influencer marketing solutions.
  • Recommend suitable influencers, content frameworks, and digital plans.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing, social media, and influencer trends in Cambodia and globally.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales, Media Sales, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Experience selling digital content, social media campaigns, or influencer solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong existing network with digital agencies, brand managers, and direct clients in Cambodia.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good presentation and communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for costing and proposals.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Good at English and Khmer (business-level).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a flat structure.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capability.

The Junior Content Publisher supports the daily operations of the platform by preparing, publishing, and maintaining digital content. This role ensures content accuracy, assists with simple design tasks, supports users, and helps keep the platform running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, upload, and publish digital content (books, movies, podcasts, articles, etc.) into the CMS.
  • Create simple artwork and short videos using basic design tools following team guidelines.
  • Monitor user feedback and assist with basic inquiries on the platform and social media channels.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support daily operations and projects.
  • Help test app features, report basic bugs, and ensure content quality on the platform.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Current student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media Study, IT or related field.
  • Knowledge of social media technologies.
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop for simple content design tasks.
  • Ability to learn CMS tools quickly and follow clear publishing workflows.
  • High attention to detail, responsible, and able to follow instructions and work well with the team.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Being friendly and conversational.
  • Ability to work independently.
