Key Responsibilities:  

• Graphic design
  • Design marketing collateral including merchandise and artworks for digital channels for all gaming products
  • Continuously discover and deliver fresh, high quality artwork designs
  • Take on multiple projects to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns
• Media Production
  • Design video streaming overlay
  • Conduct streaming process and production including setup, design, and quality assurance for all marketing campaigns
  • Produce artwork, photos and videos for marketing campaigns
• Video Editing
  • Work closely with Content Creators to edit and/or support video editing process to deliver the predetermined video standards and quality
  • Create and edit videos including but not limited to promotional gaming videos
  • Trim footage and put together the rough project
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency (transition, special effect, music, sound effect etc.)
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Design & Technology, IT or other related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design
• Past experience using video editing software, such as but not limited to:

• • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Audition
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator

• Experienced playing LAN/mobile games
• Good communication skill
• Basic knowledge of English is required
• Reliable and able to work autonomously and under pressure to deliver against deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate production plans for commercial and non-commercial video projects, on time and in collaboration with relevant project staff including:
  • Scout locations and plan shooting requirements.
  • Communicate, manage and follow the shooting plans that are cost effective and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with finance staff to ensure that equipment are obtained and in usable form before shoots.
  • Set up and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio, video recorders, lighting equipment, microphones for location or studio.
  • Resolve production problems during shooting and input into possible solutions.
• Create interesting and appealing video content by:
  • Working closely with director, content creators and/or project leads to clarify concept, mood, tone, style etc. of the project. (i.e. review concept brief, script, storyboard)
  • Providing detailed input and feedback into production requirements to relevant team members on what and how specific projects can be achieved
  • Planning and filming high quality footage according to specifications of the project, including sufficient B-roll footage and audience appeal
  • Checking footage for visual and sound quality during and post filming
  • Reviewing, cutting, editing, and adjusting footage, sound, and other effects according to specifications of the project and Sabay and/or client guidelines
  • Responding to creative/content, client, or other feedback, making necessary adjustments, or explaining possible options
• Systematically and appropriately share and store video assets in a timely fashion. This means following naming conventions, selecting the appropriate file location, accessibility.
• Contribute to post project reviews to determine how process can be improved for future projects.
• Brainstorm and highlight opportunities to increase appeal to audiences and seamlessly include commercial sponsorship opportunities.
• Stay up to date and integrate trends in video and production (format, styles, tone and topics).
• Share and accept feedback on improving the quality of content (e.g. appeal, format etc.).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Requirements:

• Appropriate degree qualifications in film, media, journalism, communication, animation or related discipline.
• 2-years experience in videography and filming techniques such as lighting, indoor/outdoor, interviews, live shows, camera angles, video editing.
• Be able to handle projects/campaigns on the video’s scope.
• Be able to come up with creative concepts, creating storyboard to propose to clients.
• Coordinate with freelancers, such as outsourcing production crews, KOLs, etc.
• Demonstrable ability to create and edit videos to a high standard including sound mixing, background music, sound effects, motion graphics, colour grading, lighting, adjustments, subtitles, credits etc.
• Past experience using video editing software, such as but not limited to:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Audition
• Good creativity and attention to detail to input into and fulfill vision of content creatives and directors.
• Good communication skills, able to clearly write and explain plans and/or concerns to other team members.
• Good time management skills, able to manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously.
• Reliable and able to work autonomously and under pressure to deliver against deadlines.
• Able to use and learn Microsoft Office and Proven Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
• Ability and willingness to frequently work outside of regular hours e.g. on evenings and weekends.
• Able to travel occasionally within Cambodia.
