The Social Media Officer enhances Sabay’s presence online through being a key information source and liaison for smooth and continuous access to external owned Social Media platforms as well as input into how our content is relevant to audiences on specific properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned social media channels
  • Respond to comments
  • Follow up with content creators with audience questions
  • Post or comment on other Social Media platforms
  • Review (and highlight, if required) that content meets external Social Media rules and policy

The product development executive will work alongside with Manager – Special Projects on the existing projects and also development of Sabay products line on the B2C venture. The responsibilities of a Product Developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists and developing prototypes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and enhance products that fill a niche in the market to remain competitive.
  • Determine product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.
  • Develop prototypes for products in development.
  • Consult market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.

To enhance the customer experience with Sabay’s digital products and understand our audiences to increase the appeal of existing and new products, the Customer Service Officer provides phone and online assistance to Sabay customers including players of Sabay games (such as JX2, AK2, AOG, King of Cards, etc) and digital products (E-Novel, Quizes, etc). The Customer Service Officer solves player’s problems by providing step by step solutions related to account access, payments, purchases and functionality.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Experience: provide friendly and accurate information to customers about digital products
    • Respond to customers on non-technical service questions
    • Explain updates and notifications that Sabay has released
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail
    • Moderate Sabay games Facebook pages to maintain or raise positive engagement with audiences
    • Deal with customer complaints to find an effective solution and improve the players experience with Sabay
    • Ensure issues are followed up and properly addressed for the customer
    • Communicate with customers about the outcome of suggestions or complaints raised with Sabay

Senior HR Officer will focus on the smooth and efficient delivery of HR operational functions including: payroll management, employee benefits, expat services management, labor compliance, off-boarding, training and development, etc. Senior HR Officer also is a key point of contact for employees for HR concerns and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Administration, Payroll & Benefits

  • In conjunction with relevant teams, process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date and maintain soft and hard copies of employee details.
  • Prepare updates, reports and payments related to staff benefits e.g. seniority, insurance, NSSF
  • Issue and monitor personnel administrative letter (e.g. staff mobility, employment certificate, etc.) and ensure accuracy and timely response to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate pay and other remuneration issues to management
  • Maintain employee confidentiality of all employee information and documents.

Employee Services and Communication

  • Provide all employees with accurate and timely information. This may include mass communications or responding to direct enquiries and questions.
  • Distribute and explain policies and procedures of the organization to staff
  • Assist line managers understand and follow good practice and procedures in all aspects of staff management
  • Resolve and where necessary, escalate employee concerns and complaints for appropriate action

Compliance

  • Understand and stay up to date with relevant labour law and regulations as well as practices by other organisations to provide input to HR team and management to ensure that policies and practices are compliant

  • Conduct on-boarding for all new employees: introduce benefits packages, company policies, and Health and Safety instructions.

  • Represent Sabay at events or recruitment initiatives e.g. forums, talks, networking, university drives etc as required

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, staff compensation and benefits management, personnel administration and/or HR compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and apply labour law and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in processing payroll, preferably using Excel
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail with past experience in administration and document management responsibilities

The Accountant is responsible for the cashier and receivables and payables function of the Finance Department, and performs other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Issue sales invoice and ensure the accuracy of invoices/statement of account to customers
  • Manage sales of digital points to customers
  • Perform revenue collection, bank deposit, and reconciliation of cash and bank accounts and other relevant accounts
  • Manage and maintain custody of cashier float as assigned by the FC/Management
  • Prepare payments to local/oversea vendors
  • Prepare relevant accounting vouchers and ensure the vouchers are complete with proper supporting documents, and entering of double entries into accounting system

The Social Media Manager is responsible for Sabay brand’s voice across the various social media platforms to maintain and raise the public perception of Sabay as a company. The Social Media Manager will help distributing our different contents and driving quality engagements with the community to ensure effective delivery of Sabay’s social media objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content is posted timely across social media platforms
  • Respond to and address the community’s queries and complaints professionally
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Drive engagement and conversations with the community to promote brand loyalty

Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the lead person for eNovel and Soyo App. BDM will be responsible for the whole business operations and develop business strategic goals for the future.
To enhance working performance between the App Developer and IT team as well as other stakeholders that are involve in the project to ensure that it meets the timeline. Under his/her leading, he/she will make sure to keep the business up and running with the profitability.
In order to drive this business, BDM will also need a basic understanding of how the VoD application works as well as user experience, entertainment industrial trend (movie & book) and How to run Digital Ads (Facebook & Google).

The system engineer at Sabay, need to monitor, manage and maintain all system and infrastructure to ensure that Sabay systems and services are always working properly. In addition, they quickly response with any alarm of system, ticket and internal team problems.

  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
