Senior Mobile Developer (flutter) will develop applications that will run across Android, iOS and the web. We are looking for someone who is passionate about performance, reliability and design with the experience and credentials to back up that passion. He/she can take ownership of applications, solve technical challenges and take pride in their solutions and codes. The ideal candidate will have experiences in building native applications, JavaScript knowledge and is familiar with deploying finished products in the app store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends.
- Work with a team of developers to build and deploy Flutter apps, work in the development environment maintenance and technical detailing.
- Integrate data from various backend services and databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or Clickhouse database.
- Design, implement and maintain mobile applications.
- Perform code reviews.
- Make sure the delivered product matches the business requirements and criteria.
- Implement Continuous Testing pipeline into Gitlab CI/CD.
- Ensure testing will be automated as much as possible.
- Define necessary test automation and design automation flow.
- Ensure quality practice of assigned scrum team using agile methodology.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in mobile software development
- Over 2 years of developing Flutter applications for mobile
- Passionate to grow and keen interest in learning new technologies
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
- Experience with automated testing, unit testing and integration testing
- Experience integrating testing into continuous testing pipeline would be a plus
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Experience with Git or other version control tools
- Proven experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for existing code and refactoring previously written code
- Java and/or Swift experience is a plus
- Experience with optimizing applications for Material Design is a plus
- Very well understanding and implementing: Flutter Bloc, Get it and Clean Architecture
- Able to write Unit, Widget and Integration tests in flutter projects
- Experience Publishing apps to both Google Play and AppStore with manual or automated tools like Codemagic and others

- Utilize tools such as CapCut and Canva to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Analyze performance metrics along with our internal social media experts to understand content engagement levels and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficient with video editing and graphic design tools, including CapCut and Canva.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- No specific educational requirements, but a keen interest in social media, marketing or related field is beneficial.
