To enhance the customer experience with Sabay’s digital products and understand our audiences to increase the appeal of existing and new products, the Customer Service Officer provides phone and online assistance to Sabay customers including players of Sabay games (such as JX2, AK2, AOG, King of Cards, etc) and digital products (E-Novel, Quizes, etc). The Customer Service Officer solves player’s problems by providing step by step solutions related to account access, payments, purchases and functionality.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Experience: provide friendly and accurate information to customers about digital products
    • Respond to customers on non-technical service questions
    • Explain updates and notifications that Sabay has released
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail
    • Moderate Sabay games Facebook pages to maintain or raise positive engagement with audiences
    • Deal with customer complaints to find an effective solution and improve the players experience with Sabay
    • Ensure issues are followed up and properly addressed for the customer
    • Communicate with customers about the outcome of suggestions or complaints raised with Sabay
  • Liaise with relevant teams to find appropriate solutions for customers in a timely fashion
  • Stay informed and understand games operations activities e.g. maintenance to ensure accurate and quick feedback to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate and provide input into product development and improvement for current and future projects
  • Compile reports that summarise trends and feedback from customers about problems raised,  outstanding issues, etc. to supervisor and relevant teams
  • Share information and recommendations with other teams to improve customers experience with Sabay products
  • Conduct the games testing and prepare the quality bugs report
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in customer or technical support, receptionist, front desk representative, call center or similar. Previous experience in tech or gaming a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to express instructions clearly, precisely and respectfully. Proficient in Khmer and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize, coordinate and complete a diverse range of tasks on time
  • Passion for understanding customers’ challenges and perspective and drive to solve customer issues
  • Interest in and willingness to learn about computer games. Bonus: Past experience with Sabay games products
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor even in stressful situations
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, email, internet with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. Bonus: Previous experience using social media platforms (e.g. Facebook) and other messaging and management software (e.g. Slack, AgoraPulse)

Product Manager will be managing SOYO and eNovel. Product Manager will be responsible for the whole business operations and execute business strategies assigned by the BoD. Under his/her leading, he/she will make sure to keep the product up-to-date and running. In order to drive this business, Product Manager will also need a basic understanding of how the entertainment application works (VOD and Books/Podcast), knowing the entertainment industrial trend (Films, Books and Podcast).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the entire business performance and report to BoD
  • Execute the plans and strategies assigned by BoD
  • Ensure that all bugs and user complaints are reported to developer and solved
  • Enhance the working performance across the stakeholders to ensure the projects are done on time
  • Ensure that all budgets spent on Ads are received Maximum results
  • Arrange content acquisition, schedule the release plan and develop and execute marketing campaign for each release
  • Prepare the updated reports on regular basis to BoD and related stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management

Key Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Management or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as Product Manager or relevant role
  • Basic understanding in entertainment industrial trend, VoD Apps Market and Digital Ads (Facebook and Google)
  • Having a connection with Content owner and distributor is a plus
  • Able to deal with different levels of people

The Graphic Designer works on, including but limited, to graphic design for all Sabay game products (AK, JX, AOG etc.). S/he is also required to support on all marketing campaigns including offline/online events.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design marketing collateral including merchandise and artworks for all gaming products
  • Continuously discover and deliver fresh, high quality artwork designs
  • Take on multiple projects to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns
  • Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Be able to come up with new design concept related to gaming products by maintaining the brand guidelines
  • Be able to support on video edit and media production when required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager

Key Requirements: 

  • University Student or Bachelor in related field
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect is required
  • Knowledge in Adobe Premier and After Effect, and motion graphic is a plus
  • Experienced playing LAN/mobile games
  • Basic understanding of marketing model, “AIDA” (Attention/Interest/Desire/Action) is a plus
  • Good communication skill
  • Basic knowledge of English required

The Senior Customer Success Executive’s primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue for the company by promoting and selling media products and services. The SCSE will work closely with the Creative, Media, Production, Social Media, and Finance departments for all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered
  • Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means
  • Attend meeting with clients to understand their needs and get the business brief
  • Determine clients’ current and future advertising and marketing needs, creating customized solutions and closing sales for retained and incremental revenue
  • Research to understand the brand communication of certain brands
  • Develop sophisticate sales proposals
  • Deliver a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
  • Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to potential clients
  • Offering a price and negotiating around it
  • Maintains excellent relationships with all clients and look for other business opportunity

The Senior Backend Developer (SBD) design and develop API and Backend for mobile and web application. SBD will actively involve in developing testable and maintainable complex backend system. SBD will be required to do code review and guide other junior developers to follow development best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using software development best practices
  • Design and develop API for best app performance and strong security
  • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, scaling and optimizing our project
  • Create and maintain software documentation
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations
    and activities
  • Provide training and support to teams on development best practices

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience backend development using PHP (preferably Laravel
    Framework) or NodeJS.
  • A deep familiarity with TDD development process
  • Able to cope with fast paced working environment
  • Passionate to grow and ability to learn new technology
  • Sound understanding of REST
  • Solid knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and OO Design
  • Solid knowledge of system security, data protection, user authentication and authorization between multiple systems

  • Experience with other databases such as In-Memory, Columnar Based would be a plus
