Scrum Master/Team Leader duties guides the Scrum Team on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products, including managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members, and contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization. Scrum Master/Team Leader is also responsible and joins the project design team to design system architecture and lead the implementation of Sabay projects that are assigned to the team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove impediments within the Scrum Team.
  • Work and support product owner to handle backlogs and new requests in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
  • Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
  • Maintain the Sprint Backlog with the Development Team.
  • Focus on inspection and adaption to improve the Scrum Team to higher scrum maturity.
  • Guide team members in Agile frameworks and help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Responsible for end to end development and execution – from design into production including automated testing and CI/CD process development.

  • Contribute to systems and software design; define implementation tasks from design documents and discussions; guide the team toward successful implementation.

Key Requirements: 

  • Minimum 4 years of development experience with strong knowledge in at least two programming language preferable – PHP, Nodejs, Go, ReactJs
  • Multi-stack engineer with knowledge in a breadth of technologies related to microservice and API gateway
  • Keen interest in learning new technologies and their adoption
  • Familiarity with the technology stack in use at Sabay (C/Golang, Node.JS, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD)
  • Experience and knowledge with web technologies like – HTML5, CSS, Javascript and relevant frameworks (Node.js, React.js)
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL DBMS (like MongoDB) and column-oriented DBMS (like Clickhouse) for online analytical processing

The Full-Stack Developer develops new technologies as well as enhances existing technology to support our enterprise-grade both Backend and Frontend, document and implement testing procedures to ensure the software is working as intended and specified in the project goals. The Full-Stack Developer will have exposure to a range of technologies including PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS and React Native, MongoDB, Clickhouse and conforming to test driven development practice by writing automated testing and unit test.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using software development best practices, low-latency, high-availability and performant Microservices with strong security.
  • Develop, work across full-stack through entire software development lifecycle.
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends.
  • Create and maintain software documentation.
  • Integrate data from various backend services and databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or Clickhouse database.
  • Design API base on provided requirement.

Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the lead person for eNovel and Soyo App. BDM will be responsible for the whole business operations and develop business strategic goals for the future.
To enhance working performance between the App Developer and IT team as well as other stakeholders that are involve in the project to ensure that it meets the timeline. Under his/her leading, he/she will make sure to keep the business up and running with the profitability.
In order to drive this business, BDM will also need a basic understanding of how the VoD application works as well as user experience, entertainment industrial trend (movie & book) and How to run Digital Ads (Facebook & Google).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the entire business performance and report to BOD
  • Plan, develop and execute Business strategies
  • Prepare budget and content schedules
  • Develop more revenue streams
  • Ensure that all bugs and user complained are reported to developer and solved

The Graphic Designer works on, including but limited, to graphic design for all Sabay game products (AK, JX, AOG etc.). S/he is also required to support on all marketing campaigns including offline/online events.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design marketing collateral including merchandise and artworks for all gaming products
  • Continuously discover and deliver fresh, high quality artwork designs
  • Take on multiple projects to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns
  • Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Senior Customer Success Executive’s primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue for the company by promoting and selling media products and services. The SCSE will work closely with the Creative, Media, Production, Social Media, and Finance departments for all projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Backend Developer (SBD) design and develop API and Backend for mobile and web application. SBD will actively involve in developing testable and maintainable complex backend system.
