The Junior UI/UX designer creates the best user online experience for Sabay products and projects. Through a combination of programming and design abilities, the UI/UX designer makes user interfaces aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. The UI/UX designer finds innovative solutions that are user-centred and fit for purpose.

The Content Creator creates relevant and quality digital content (articles) that informs, inspires, and entertains Cambodians. This includes: generating ideas for stories and series; planning and making content; developing and following production and content delivery schedules; and covering events.
The Content Creator collaborates with other content creative, editing, publishing and commercial teams to increase Sabay’s digital presence and relevance to Cambodian audiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create interesting and appealing articles, written and other content by:

The Video Editor & Graphic Designer works on, including but limited, to graphic design and video edit for all Sabay game products (AK, JX, AOG etc.). S/he is also required to collaborate with Content Creators (and the game team) to set up and fix technical issues related to all livestream videos—and act as a photographer for game marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic design

  • Design marketing collateral including merchandise and artworks for digital channels for all gaming products
  • Continuously discover and deliver fresh, high quality artwork designs
  • Take on multiple projects to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns

Media Production

  • Design video streaming overlay
  • Conduct streaming process and production including setup, design, and quality assurance for all marketing campaigns

Video Editing

  • Work closely with Content Creators to edit and/or support video editing process to deliver the predetermined video standards and quality

  • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project

The Senior Accountant is mainly responsible for fixed asset control, balance sheet reconciliation control, month end closing assistance, group reporting assistance and related works to the responsibilities.

The Backend Developer develop new technologies as well as enhance existing technology to support our enterprise-grade backends. The Backend Developer will have exposure to a range of technologies including NodeJS, Blockchain, MongoDB, Clickhouse. This role actively involved in developing efficient, testable and maintainable microservice as well as integrate various technologies in search of a perfect commercial solution to the business needs.

The QA Developer designs, documents and implements software testing procedure to effectively test all in-house developed software projects to ensure the software is working as intended and specified in the project goals.

The QA Developer will review the automated testing codes written by developers to ensure sufficient code coverage and delivers the right tests to ensure functionality as specified in the project goals.

The QA Developer will design test scenario, setup continuous testing, run test and ensure positive test results before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:

  • Lead test strategy of assigned projects to ensure the quality of products
  • Conduct software automated testing processes for unit, system, end to end integration test, data flow and customer experience test and product release sign-off

The Head of Product Support oversees all aspects of the product life cycle and customer support for all products published by SDC.  The Head of Product Support ensures that all products at SDC are consistently maintained, continuously improved and work as intended for users and clients.

The Head of Product Support is directly responsible for the development and implementation of operational strategies and provides timely recommendations and input into wider SDC strategies in relation to products published by SDC.

Leading a multi-disciplinary team (Product Support Department), the Head of Product Support oversees deployment of new products, development and upgrades of existing products, performance monitoring, and customer support for all products in coordination with internal product teams, supporting departments and/or external suppliers.

Salary range: $1,500 – $1,800

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date about the market in Cambodia and the wider SEA region to anticipate and respond to changes in the market with regards to products published by SDC to ensure our products stay competitive

The Backend Team Leader designs and develops API’s and backend services to support functions and workflows required by applications developed by the software development department at Sabay.

This role leads the architecture of the project into a scalable and robust infrastructure using advanced technologies (such as microservices, API, SDK, advanced cryptography, scalable database solutions, and blockchain based storage).

In collaboration with Project Owners, the backend team leader defines project outcomes, planning and timelines so that projects are fit for purpose, completed in time and through the effective use of resources. The backend team leader ensures the quality of code and system architecture for scalability and resource optimisation developed by their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management for Back End

  • Oversee end to end development and execution – from design into production including automated testing and CI/CD process development
  • Deliver fit for purpose code by confirming with Project Owner expectations and purpose of projects
  • Detail and document clear project specifications for implementation and maintenance
  • Ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and on time including resource and time plans e.g. sprints

Maintenance and service provision: fix bugs, updates, etc.

  • Assess change requests from Product Owners
  • Schedule and delegate tasks according to company priorities

Collaboration and Technical expertise
