HR Officer will focus on the smooth and efficient delivery of HR operational functions including: recruitment, staff on-boarding and off-boarding, employee engagement and training & development etc. HR Officer also supports other HR tasks as assigned by line manager. The HR Officer will provide human resources operations of Sabay Digital Group (SDC, SDP, SOYO) with ad-hoc support for Sabay’s affiliates such as eCamshopping, Osja studio and Sabay MVP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job announcement and other recruitment events
  • Support recruitment and selection such as managing CVs and hiring process through testing, coordinating interview schedules, updating the results, doing reference checks, etc.
  • Join the interviews with line managers for some positions
  • Facilitate and conduct the on-boarding

The UI/UX designer will be responsible for designing various user-interface for many of the products under Sabay’s ecosystem. He/she will also be responsible for coming with innovative solutions to provide the best user experience for the users. The main responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and constructing user-interface that fits the user requirements as well as showing his/her creative skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate design requirements and come up with effective design solutions
  • Illustrate design ideas using wireframes
  • Design graphic user interface elements like icons, menus etc.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that can effectively illustrate the product
  • Work with front-end developers to translate mockups into market-ready products

The Video Producer works closely with creative/content and video teams to deliver high-quality video content that informs, inspires, and entertains. As a specialized, creative member of the video pre-production process, the Video Producer is primarily responsible for managing the pre-production process in order to work smoothly and cost-effective. The role includes planning, budgeting, and executing the production of videos as well as providing insight and advice to video creative and post-production staff on production design and needs, schedule, procurement, and cost in line with creative vision.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate production plans for commercial and non-commercial video projects, on time and in collaboration with relevant project staff including:
    • Oversee and breakdown script, casting, location arrangements, production schedules, post-production delivery of the video output.
    • Ensure that the production operates within Sabay Guidelines and meets the needs of the audience.
    • Work closely with other producers and production coordinators to manage the production budget and filming and editing schedule including accountability for use of assigned resources and expenditure and compliance with the Finance team.
    • Lead pre-production, filming, and post-production for the allocated outcome, working closely at all times to the brief of the Creative team.
    • Create PPM, call-sheet, and shooting schedule.
    • Avoid and reduce production problems (e.g. delays, duplication of work, etc.) through assessing risks as well as preparing and implementing contingency plans.
    • Communicate, manage, and follow production plans, budgets, schedules, and shooting plans that are cost-effective and minimize waste.
    • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and external suppliers, etc. to ensure that props and equipment are obtained and in the usable form before shoots.
    • Holding pre-shooting briefing with content creators and other project members.
  • Collaborate with other teams internally including creative, production, post-production, publishing, social media, and client servicing teams, etc. to determine reasonable deliverables and time frames.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews to determine how the process can be improved for future projects.
  • Stay up to date and integrate trends in video and production (format, styles, tone, and topics).
  • Share and accept feedback on improving the quality of the content (e.g. appeal, format, etc.)

Key Requirements: 

  • This post is open to fluent Khmer speakers only
  • Practical experience in pre-production, video production, including news, documentaries, film, music videos, live shows, commercials or TV programs
  • Proven ability to effectively plan and execute video projects including: budgeting, resource allocation (people and equipment), location scouting and set up, directing talent, scheduling, etc.

The product development executive will work alongside with Manager – Special Projects on the existing projects and also development of Sabay products line on the B2C venture. The responsibilities of a Product Developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists and developing prototypes.

To enhance the customer experience with Sabay’s digital products and understand our audiences to increase the appeal of existing and new products, the Customer Service Officer provides phone and online assistance to Sabay customers including players of Sabay games (such as JX2, AK2, AOG, King of Cards, etc) and digital products (E-Novel, Quizes, etc). The Customer Service Officer solves player’s problems by providing step by step solutions related to account access, payments, purchases and functionality.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Experience: provide friendly and accurate information to customers about digital products
    • Respond to customers on non-technical service questions
    • Explain updates and notifications that Sabay has released
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail
    • Moderate Sabay games Facebook pages to maintain or raise positive engagement with audiences
    • Deal with customer complaints to find an effective solution and improve the players experience with Sabay
    • Ensure issues are followed up and properly addressed for the customer

Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the lead person for eNovel and Soyo App. BDM will be responsible for the whole business operations and develop business strategic goals for the future.
To enhance working performance between the App Developer and IT team as well as other stakeholders that are involve in the project to ensure that it meets the timeline. Under his/her leading, he/she will make sure to keep the business up and running with the profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using software development best practices.
