The product development executive will work alongside with Manager – Special Projects on the existing projects and also development of Sabay products line on the B2C venture. The responsibilities of a Product Developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists and developing prototypes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and enhance products that fill a niche in the market to remain competitive.
  • Determine product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.
  • Develop prototypes for products in development.
  • Consult market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
  • Come up with new proposal for different products through accessible data and current trend
  • Work closely with Manager – Special projects for campaign activity to boost existing products line and new products.

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven working experience as a Product Developer or in related field
  • Work well within a team – the nature of work will involve with a number of stakeholders to create products and execute them in a creative way. Thus, ability to coordinate and work with the team is compulsory

To enhance the customer experience with Sabay’s digital products and understand our audiences to increase the appeal of existing and new products, the Customer Service Officer provides phone and online assistance to Sabay customers including players of Sabay games (such as JX2, AK2, AOG, King of Cards, etc) and digital products (E-Novel, Quizes, etc). The Customer Service Officer solves player’s problems by providing step by step solutions related to account access, payments, purchases and functionality.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Experience: provide friendly and accurate information to customers about digital products
    • Respond to customers on non-technical service questions
    • Explain updates and notifications that Sabay has released
    • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail
    • Moderate Sabay games Facebook pages to maintain or raise positive engagement with audiences
    • Deal with customer complaints to find an effective solution and improve the players experience with Sabay
    • Ensure issues are followed up and properly addressed for the customer
    • Communicate with customers about the outcome of suggestions or complaints raised with Sabay
  • Liaise with relevant teams to find appropriate solutions for customers in a timely fashion
  • Stay informed and understand games operations activities e.g. maintenance to ensure accurate and quick feedback to customer enquiries
  • Collaborate and provide input into product development and improvement for current and future projects

Key Requirements:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for Sabay brand’s voice across the various social media platforms to maintain and raise the public perception of Sabay as a company. The Social Media Manager will help distributing our different contents and driving quality engagements with the community to ensure effective delivery of Sabay’s social media objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure content is posted timely across social media platforms
  • Respond to and address the community’s queries and complaints professionally
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Drive engagement and conversations with the community to promote brand loyalty
  • Identify tactical and relevant opportunities to engage with the community

Business Development Manager (BDM) will be the lead person for eNovel and Soyo App. BDM will be responsible for the whole business operations and develop business strategic goals for the future.
To enhance working performance between the App Developer and IT team as well as other stakeholders that are involve in the project to ensure that it meets the timeline. Under his/her leading, he/she will make sure to keep the business up and running with the profitability.
In order to drive this business, BDM will also need a basic understanding of how the VoD application works as well as user experience, entertainment industrial trend (movie & book) and How to run Digital Ads (Facebook & Google).

The Media Production Coordinator works with Sabay team to produce content including but not limited to video content and live-streaming for all Sabay’s gaming products.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and produce fresh, new engaging contents in the forms of video, live-stream or article for E-sport purposes
  • Collaborate with Content Creators to write up script and storyboard
  • Work with Event & Promotion team to monitor live-streamers’ performance, produce headlines and copy for live-streamers to promote Sabay games
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate production plans for gaming video projects, on time and in collaboration with relevant project staff
  • Ensure that the production operates with Sabay Guidelines and meets the needs of the audience
  • Coordinate with Finance, and external suppliers etc. to ensure that props and equipment are obtained and in usable form before shoots
  • Stay up to date and integrate trends in video and production (format, styles, tone and topics)
  • Share and accept feedback on improving the quality of content (e.g. appeal, format etc.)

  • Continuously discover and deliver fresh, high quality artwork designs
  • Take on multiple projects to ensure smooth launch of marketing campaigns
