The Client Success Executive’s primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue for the company by promoting and selling media products and services. The CSE will work closely with the Creative, Media, Production, Marketing, Social Media and Finance departments for all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand all facets of the media products and services being offered

A Managing Editor-Kanha creates content strategies and oversees their implementation processes. Main duties include managing a team of writers, monitoring the results of various content plan and editing content pieces to ensure they follow tone and style guides.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop content strategy that aligns with marketing targets both short and long terms
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate media content plans for commercial and non-commercial purposes
  • Determine and deliver strategies for growing the audiences of Kanha and Sabay’s channels
  • Oversee and edit content and any commercial work if required
  • Provide guidance to content creators on:
    • concepts, angles and stories that better suit target audiences
    • improving the quality of content in line with strategies and organizational goals
    • repurposing content for different mediums including social media and videos
  • Ensure brand consistency by communicating effectively with writers
  • Establish and ensure timeframes and schedules for content delivery are met and determine priorities to assign and delegate as necessary to manage appropriate workloads
  • Collaborate with other teams internally including sales, creative, production, marketing, social media and customer service teams to determine reasonable delivery and time frames
  • Brainstorm content strategies for clients and highlight opportunities to adjust format or style to attract commercial sponsorship and partnership

We are seeking for someone who can take ownership of applications, solve technical challenges and take pride in their solutions and codes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends
  • Work with a team of developers to build and deploy Flutter apps, work in the development environment maintenance, and technical detailing
  • Integrate data from various backend services and databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or Clickhouse database
  • Design, implement and maintain mobile applications
  • Perform code reviews
  • Make sure the delivered product matches the business requirements and criteria
  • Implement Continuous Testing pipeline into Gitlab CI/CD

The Marketing Manager (MM) raises the profile, desirability and player spending within Sabay’s games (such as AK, JX and King of Cards etc.). Leading a multidisciplinary team, the Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities including offline, online, and event activation planning. The MM develops and delivers strategies and campaigns that are appealing and move the target audience to action.

Key Responsibilities: 

Games Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement marketing strategies that increase interest in Sabay games and players follow through on “calls to action”
  • Develop metrics, monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns at channels, team and strategic levels in line with marketing goals
  • Monitor and analyze industry best practice globally and locally, including marketing, content, social media and activation trend and activities of competitors
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Manage and analyze KOLs performance

Activation, Advertising and Campaign Implementation

  • Oversee entire project cycle of all games marketing, from planning to execution to evaluation e.g.:
    • Ad campaigns on digital platforms (Google ads, Facebook ads, etc.)
    • Online and live tournaments
    • Game shop campaigns
    • Offline activations
  • Negotiate, plan and execute promotional events and/or coordinated marketing plans with external partners and stakeholders
  • Establish and ensure timeframes and schedules for campaign and communication delivery are met; determine priorities to assign and delegate as necessary to manage appropriate workloads
  • Work closely with finance to set and monitor campaign and event budgets and actual spending (including invoice tracking); project and review Return on Investment assessments; make adjustments and recommendations as required
  • Effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders (such as: content creators, photographers, graphic design, production, post production and influencers) through creating clear briefs and delivering assets to develop and publish creative content about Sabay games across relevant Sabay and Social Media channels
  • In conjunction with design and procurement staff, ensure marketing materials (such as artwork, poster, displays etc.) are appealing, appropriate and produced on time
  • Inspire and provide guidance to content and production staff on:
    • Concepts and ideas in line with strategy and campaign goals
    • Improving the quality of content increase relevance and appeal to target audiences
    • Trends and insights about content, audiences and channels
    • How to increase traffic to Sabay and Social Media pages
  • Manage the Team including recruitment, performance management, workload distribution, role modelling, mentoring and support
  • Plan the launch of new worlds, game items and seasonal updates

Key Requirements: 

  • Appropriate qualifications in marketing, economics, business management or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience working in marketing, event planning, digital media in project management, digital marketing, content development, or similar role
  • Proficient in data analysis (particularly Facebook analytics)
  • Proven ability in Microsoft Office and online tools for social media management and analysis tools
  • Self-directed, proactive and problem solving skills with high attention to detail; willing to raise ideas and issues with others to find appropriate solutions

The Senior Backend Developer (SBD) design and develop API and Backend for mobile and web application. SBD will actively involve in developing testable and maintainable complex backend system.
